Recently I participated in “Sacred Springs Retreats healing program” It was called-Personal Transformation-
Every day was filled with group activities, individual sessions and some free time to be alone and integrate the work. I enjoyed mindfulness and meditation classes, which were guided with an emphasis on being fully present in each moment.
It was my first experience with breath work and I found it very helpful in my healing process. In a group we did Compassionate communication class with Dr. Ann West, which was very transformative in learning about my old way of communicating in my relationships, and transforming into a new, more conscious way of expressing my emotions and triggers. The environment was very conductive to the transformative work, the nature around the retreat location is very tranquil and beautiful. I feel that I cannot go back to my old patterns, but I’m planning to be back next year for another tune up :) Peace!! More
