we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Abrego! The rooms are clean, very organized, the sheets clean and smelling great, the location is very good!
When we arrived we were without internet, but they soon solved this problem!

I stayed just the one night at 'Hotel Abrego' when passing through Monterey on a business trip in March 2020.
The hotel was located in walking distance of the old waterfront and the main street with it's shops and restaurants.
I had a deluxe room with a queen bed and it cost ne £100 inc taxes and parking for the 1 night. A clean, comfortable and cost friendly hotel in the lovely Monterey.
I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to other visitors.

Stayed here with a group of 10 and it was great. Very clean, quiet, as well accommodating. No restaurant due to Covid restrictions. The pool and other communal spaces were closed. Bummer! They front desk was relocated due to the remodeling of the floors upon our arrival.

My bf and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for our Anniversary. We enjoyed our stay however, the beds were too hard and not comfortable. There was no housekeeping due to covid and the internet was poor.
Someone complained that our t.v. was too loud as we tried to enjoy a movie and then listened to romantic music afterward. T.v. was not too loud and music was not either.I take it the walls are too thin and people need to understand life doesn't revolve around them..so we did not turn anything down..the complaint was ridiculous.
Great stay but would recommend better service on internet.

The hotel was clean, centrally located with easy access to Cannery Row, the warf and Del Monte shopping center. They upgraded our room to include a fireplace at no charge and the price was already low. We visit Monterey every year, Hotel Abrego is where we will be staying on future trips.

We really liked this hotel. It was close to all Monterey CA attractions. The rooms were clean ,and nice and comfortable rooms with a fireplace. I would stay again in this hotel when visiting Monterey CA
