Very welcoming staff, great location in a heart of downtown, free parking available is a huge plus, pets are welcome we loved that. The rooms are very nice and clean, I love hard wood floors. Great shower and all the amenities you need. You get free stainless steel refillable water bottles with water station in the hallway . Very comfortable, beautiful we Loved the hotel!

This place has the location going for it. The heart of Napa without many other hotel options near by. Recently renovated, the lobby and public spaces were nice. We paid more for a terrace room, which amounted to a very tiny outdoor space in an alleyway. I would not recommend the upgrade and would try the Archer next time.
Great spot, right in the center of Napa. The bar was lively, the breakfast was great, the terrace was secluded and great. The service began at the curb, and the check-in felt boutique, not your usual chain hotel front desk, much more personal.
We really enjoyed Andaz Napa. It is a fun, trendy hotel in a very convenient location. The room was spacious, the layout was nice and we loved the swivel TV! It was also nice to have a variety of restaurant options. And the customer service was superior!
Nice place great service clean oversized room dog friendly great food and snacks staff was extremely attentive body wash dispenser didn’t work and was replaced by maid service immediately complimentary bottles of spring water etc
My wife and I were visiting on our honeymoon and had a wonderful visit. We were greeted warmly and by staff that truly showed that they cared and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our dining experience for breakfast was pleasant, prompt and caring. The valet was prompt and courteous each time. We were most surprised during checkout when usually guests tend to feel like their time has expired, we felt that we were guests even as we were pulling away. This left us with a great taste in our mouths and we're looking forward to returning.
