Adastra Wines
Ranked #133 of 173 things to do in Napa
Reviewed December 16, 2014

Our visit to this winery was the highlight of our group trip to Napa Valley. It was our first stop, and nothing else compared! We don't like large commercialized wineries, and this is a complete opposite of that. The grounds are beautiful and Chris was a great host. The tasting was at his kitchen table...doesn't get more personal than that at a winery! The wines were delicious and look forward to visiting the winery again on our next trip to Napa. We joined the wine club, but would love to do the tour and tasting again!

We thouroughly enjoyed our visit to Adastra. Our tour guide knew we liked smaller wineries, and he knew if we liked the wine, we would buy, so this was the first place we stopped. The owner, Chris, is full of knowledge and dry humor. His small vineyard is beautiful, including its own baseball diamond and croquet field with humorous stories to accompany them. Our tasting took place around Chris's kitchen table. The wines were great!
