We rented a 2 bedroom unit and it was great- huge kitchen and large sunken living room with fireplace and balcony. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Resort is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Excellent food and service at main pool- especially from Erika and Lettie- thanks for being so welcoming. Would return again- good value for $$

We stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom suite. The living room and kitchenette is nicely updated and comfortable. The fireplace is a great bonus. The cabinets were rundown in the bedrooms but otherwise the sheets were better than an average 200 threadcount. Shower pressure is low. The women at the gift redemption area can be snobby if they do not think they can score a vacation sell. Its totally fine for families and as long as you remember its not a luxury hotel, you will be content.

location, service, amenities and accommodation are first class. Unfortunately, a confrontation with Amber at front desk spoilt what would have been a flawless experience. I certainly hope management will review this encounter and take appropriate action to avoid disappointment for another vacationer.

The Villas are lovely. We have stayed here several times before and enjoyed the property greatly, HOWEVER, we recently had reservations for a Friday evening with check at 4:00. More than 1 1/2 hours later our room was still not ready. No explanation beyond "housekeeping is backed up" was given, and no compensation was offered, even after we asked. The rooms are beautiful, but the parking lot where we sat and waited was not! We will think twice about staying here again.

We arrived 45 minutes after posted check-in time, and were informed that our room was not ready. The front desk clerk checked us in and told us that we would be called the moment our room was ready. However, an hour and a half later, we were still waiting to hear about our room! The staff has not been accommodating and has offered nothing in the way of an explanation other than "our housekeeping staff is behind".
I am less than impressed by the Marriott and will think twice before I stay here again. If you don't mind waiting hours for your room, this is the place for you!
