Pool view room is best choice.
The walk to your room may be quite long so be prepared.
The staff is very helpful, and always pleasant.
One thing my wife and I did find strange is no trashcans can be found in lobby or valet area and you have to walk around with any cups or other items that you may have.

Room Tip: Pool view is the best you also then have a mountain view.

A little dated with decor etc. short walk to the Main Street but would not want to be any further away. Had a problem with our room so they moved us the next day which was ok with a small balcony n view over the pool n mountains so the best of both views. Gets really crowded on the weekends at the pool. Staff were friendly n helpful but a few mix ups the first room n cleaning not done in our other room. Problem in both rooms with TV set taking its time to move channels so don't know what that problem is.

I've stayed her 3 times in the past 9 months and it's the same. Lack of attention to details, quality, cleanliness, etc. Each time a mention issues to manager. Individually, each item is not that bad, but when you add them up, its disappointing: Here we go:

1) pile of lint/garbage on the 2nd floor hall (very obvious) - Noticed on Thursday (my arrival day). Pile of lint/garbage still their on Sunday when I checked out.
2) cigarette on floor (same floor). Noticed Saturday morning, still there Sunday mid morning.
3) Inattentive wait staff in lobby bar (just about any time/day).
4) Rented Cabana ($400) and cabana was not setup/ready when we arrived at 11:00 (the pool area starts to get busy by 10:00). We were asked if we wanted towel s (No $%^#, that what we are paying for).
5) Deck around Cabanas was stained (get out the pressure washer every few weeks folks)
6) Someone dropped a straw from their drink on the deck in the am. Staff walked by the straw all throughout the day. Not one person picked it up.
7) Someone tried to "bogart" the Cabana next to us. Staff never asked if they had rented it. The renters showed up a little later and were not happy.
8) Water coolers were empty by 11:00, Staff did not come out until after 1:00 to refill coolers. Once they did, it took more than 20 minutes to refill. Really? Bring fresh coolers with you when you remove the empty one (not that hard folks).

That's it (and enough) for now. I'll be back in a few months and will give another update.

The manager contacted me on my way home and left a message stating she would refund a portion of the cabana fee. I appreciate the gesture, but would prefer they fix the issues.

Room Tip: Get a room on the East side (pool view). Stay away from West side.

Stayed just one night for a meeting. My suite was well appointed, the bed was smashing, the bathroom was a bit dated and an update wouldn't hurt, however, everything was very clean. I ordered room service, needed more half & half, and required another hair dryer. All items were delivered by the most accommodating staff. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience.

This is a great hotel for the price. The room was clean and the pool was fun. You are walking distance from downtown, there is a shuttle but it wasn't reliable. All in all a great stay. I will definitely stay again!
