14 different types of meats grilled. Salad bar was also excellent. Very good wine selection. Service was good. Good for big team dinner.

Pampas offers a dining experience of Brazil known as Rodizio. During business trips to Brazil I have experienced many restaurants of this type. Unfortunately, while Pampas is a fairly authentic experience the dining itself is not as pleasurable because they do not slice off only the well cooked and seasoned exterior surfaces of meats. And the variety of cuts of beef is very limited at Pampas, at least on the night we were there.

Complete feast in the Brazilian tradition of eating barbecued meat. Distributed between some 9 or 10 different types of preparations covering pork, beef, chicken and fish; the fare is amazing. The sirloin steaks were out of the world. To add to it the salad bar is also amazing. The salad bar overs cold cuts also.
The crowd appeared to be primarily business people, not so much a family place.
The bar looked very impressive too.
Amazing but the barbecued pineapple was a treat too!

We went for a team dinner, and it was amazing, I had nothing else but meat. Staff was supper friendly and the wine list had good and reasonable price.

Fillet Mignon is something that you should really try, but all meat was really good quality and they just kept coming all night long so it was a really good dinner.

Price is good for a dinner in Palo Alto, but be sure to be super hungry before going there as otherwise you might regret.

The concept of serving the varies of meeting in a course fits very good if you go there in a big group and want to spend sometime together. The food was tasty and at high quality. An introduction to the concept should have been done upfront. And they served the best pieces in the beginning; not in the end.
