It was very busy when we went and were hungry so we sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table. I rather liked sitting there and watching all the activity. The bartenders and servers are non stop. I also liked if dining solo anyone would feel very comfortable here.
We both ordered the tofu spicy dish which was done very nicely yet a bit too spicy for me and we had their pomegranate lemonade which was very good.
There is a huge kitchen in the middle with a large cooking staff and patrons can watch all the wonderful fresh produce and other healthy food being being prepared.

This is 3rd location we've been to. Food is always good. The med salad is amazing. The poke bowl is great and the chicken med sandwich is tangy and filling. Love this place!

My husband and I were waiting on five members of our group and the staff allowed us to sit inside to wait. Very kind of them since it turned out to be quite a wait. The waiter did not hound us to buy drinks or appetizers while we sat there. We were seated by the kitchen which was warmer than the rest of the restaurant but gave us something to watch while we waited.

True Foods was trendy, noisy, busy. My dish was the spaghetti squash casserole with caramelized onions, zucchini, tomatoes and mozzarella. The tomato taste was over powering. The Mediterranean chicken pita was good. There is a child's menu with four choices. Unfortunately, our grand daughter wanted a hot dog and that wasn't an option. She survived. True Foods was chosen for this meal because of the healthy choices including gluten free.

Seating is available inside and out. Our bill was $180 for seven meals, three alcoholic beverages and included tip. I am giving a 4 rating because of the staff.

Simple and comfy dining setting. Outdoor seating was bordered with herbal planters.
Started with Kale Guacamole that's served with pita chips.
Entrees of Mediterranean Chicken Pita, Ancient Grains with Shrimp and Turkey Burger. They are very tasty.
Staff was courteous n helpful.
Definitely worth $80
