Sushi is largely about presentation, and I've eaten in a lot of Japanese restaurants, including in Japan, but Fuki-Sushi has a particularly refined technique. Everything looks too good to eat. It also tastes good, but there isn't much of it and the prices are high, so it may not fill you up. The decor is nice. It's a pleasant place, for sure. We appreciated being able to avoid the crowds of Palo Alto - parking is easy. If what you want is a beautiful nibble, this is your place.
