I was told on the phone check in would be ready by 1 - got there at 1, and my room wasn’t ready until 3, the normal check in time. I was still charged an early check in fee. I specifically booked a room with a nice tub, and when I went to go turn it on; the lever broke and fell under the tub. The tub was filling with HOT water and not draining and we had to call the maintenance guy to come in and fix it. He could not fix the lever, so we went down to change rooms to get another room with a tub - they gave me a normal room that wasn’t as “fancy” as our original room, so we went back to our first room. They did comp my parking, but overall I think this hotel was very mid. I would not stay here again.
