We stayed here because of its location. The lobby is beautiful and it was a great backdrop for meeting friends while we stayed here. The rooms are small but we were only in them to sleep. We would stay here again.

Excellent in all respects. Quite, excellent central location on Colorado with a spectacular lobby, great food/drink bar, wonderful staff and a fantastic pool. Highly recommended

This was a great spot, made more affordable with the group rate we got for a wedding. Central location, walkable to Old Town and the many shops surrounding the area. The pool was kinda warm, but more refreshing at night. The gym had a full weight rack and lots of cardio machines but no yoga mats for stretching.

While this hotel is a bit pricey, the rate is comparable to other similar hotels in the area. The location is great, the pool and common lounge areas are really nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff was pleasant. Having a coffee maker in each room or at least a free coffee bar with light continental breakfast in the main lobby/lounge area would REALLY improve the guest experience and seems like an appropriate ask considering the room/hotel rate.

Excellent location with most things within easy walking distance.
What would make a difference and make this a 4 or 5 star experience is in the details:
- plastic throw away cups in the room. No recycling bins but also, just drinking out of plastic is annoying after a few days staying. A glass would go a long way
- breakfast option is poor to non-existent. Yes there are cafes across the road yet it would be appreciated having a small menu at the hotel itself
- no coffee/tea/kettle in the room
- windows don't open ..
- seriously understaffed - ordering a drink by the pool takes 3x longer with the QR code than simply being able to order from a human

Our room and our bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Parking was also good. However, the view was horrid (room 232) and the trash collection from directly below our window was a too-early-morning alarm. While the staff members were charming, enthusiastic and easy to deal with the hotel itself offers minimal services. The worst aspect of the hotel is that there is no food during the day. "Breakfast" consists of a choice of a few Starbucks pastries, a fruit cup, and a yoghurt and fruit "parfait" (with just a bit of granola) and is served in the lobby bar - no tables. There is a small bar menu for dinner. During the day there's nothing. In addition, there is no coffee/tea making set up in the rooms and no microwave. I didn't even see a vending machine. Ice is only available on certain floors.
