I have now had two opportunities to dine at Bistro Laurent...the only negative of that is that those two opportunities were about three years apart. On the most recent occasion, Saturday, September 23,2017, we enjoyed a specially prepared Chef's Tasting Menu and it was fabulous. From the vichyssoise to the vast variet of desserts prepared by Chef Laurent and his staff, it was a treat to the palate. Fresh, creative, flavorful coupled withheld beautiful presentation of each course, it was award winning. The only competi that Laurent has may be his former culinary delight, La Chateau de Chevire de Ore in the beautiful village of Eze, France.
