Great little motel/ B&B, the rooms are basic but clean, the breakfast was simple but enough to put you on (extremely tasty bagels). The best thing about the hotel is the location, it’s right on the main strip, bang in the middle. It’s next to Harry’s bar which has live bands and drink deals, it’s across from the surf cafe that does the best clam chowder and across from Mo’s which has the best BBQ food (ribs, pulled pork etc).
Added bonus is the hotel car park is large and free.

This is a fair priced smaller hotel. It is situated in an area convenient to local sites. The simple continental breakfast was fine. The room was large and very clean. This hotel is an easy place to recommend.

Room tip: the higher (only 4 floors) the better

This hotel is all about location, easy to find and easy to park the car. We opted for a room with partial sea view and hot tub. We were on the side wing so had a lovely view of a public car park, followed on by the beach and the sea beyond.

The room has to be the strangest shaped room I’d ever stayed in, however it was large and comfortable. The size and quality of the TV at the end of the bed was amazing.

We used the hot tub in the evening, the water was hot and clean.

Keep up the good work :-)

the room was small but very nice and historic. the staff were helpful and friendly and they had hotel parking that was free and patrolled and the hotel was close to the beach and the strip which made it very enjoyable. i would stay there again.

The hotel is immaculately clean. The facilities are as described and are all sufficient. The location is excellent. You are right in the centre of the town and steps to the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful. No hesitation in recommending.
