I have been there before and loved it. But something seems to have changed. Got to sample different thing, the Spring Rolls were delicious. Then tried the Lo Mein and it was very greasy. Also tried the Chang's Spicy Chicken and it was pretty bad. More garlic than spice. In fact it was loaded with garlic, you could not taste anything else.
Very disappointed. I hope it was just a bad day in the kitchen and not a trend.

Date with the husband, great food, friendly service, beautiful decor. A little crowded but it didn't take away from the service

Can't say enough good thing about the wait staff. Super friendly, always helpful, and are quick to take your order. Food is always excellent and with a short wait time. One of our favorite places to eat!

Very prompt, friendly service in the bar from Evan and Jason. The Happy Hour is very pleasant; good prices; food items have been very tasty! We like the lounge; smaller and there is a patio if you want to sit outside.

Parking is usually much easier than fighting the masses at Ontario Mills or other parts of Victoria Gardens; definitely a plus!

Dining in the restaurant is a bit loud/lively! Food is too salty; don't order the "Hot 'N Sour Soup"; menu items are not your authentic Chinese fare as you would find in Alhambra, Montebello, Walnut or the very Chinese areas in SoCal.

We enjoyed PF Changs' food and the service was great - however, they played their music waaaay too loud! To make matters worse, it was the kind of music you'd hear in a nightclub! Is it really necessary? Is the purpose to make people eat faster so the tables are turned over more quickly? I'm not a restauranteur, but would hope that the customer's dining experience is considered just as important as the menu and profit margin. I'm certain we would've ordered more drinks and dessert, but we could barely carry on a conversation, and couldn't get out of there fast enough.
