Always love staying at this location very comfortable very quiet! Minnete has always been a pleasure to check me in. That’s why every time I do business out here I stay at this Doubletree. Right next to the golf course if that’s what you’re into.
Traveled to the area due to a death in the family to attend a memorial service. The hotel was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. Large room and bathroom. Had a comfortable lounge chair and ottoman, a desk and plenty of outlets and ports to charge devices. A spacious closet with safe, iron and ironing board. A Keurig coffee machine (typical lousy tasting coffee pads). Was only at the hotel to sleep but did use the gym in the mornings which had good working equipment, supplied filtered water, towels and even had a Peloton bike. The weather was cold in the mornings while there (like in the 30’s in the morning) and found it odd that you have to go outside to enter the gym. The lobby was nice with a fireplace in the lounge area which was good to sit by while waiting for family to gather to leave together. They have a restaurant in the entry area but never tried it. The hotel seemed like an odd dated layout the way the hallways meander like a mouse maze but no solution unless they tore down and started over. Seemed a little 70’s to me.
They were responsive to my notice that the ice machine on my floor area was not working. I reported it in the morning and when I returned in the evening it was working.

Cheerful attitude; smiles, clear instructions, or resources found quickly.

The service here has been outstanding! While at bar I noticed line of guests (approx 10-12) waiting to be served. Ry the bartender was amazing to watch… She is incredibly personable and served everyone with a smile while making the magic happen. Definitely an art. Great job Ry!
After my drinks I headed to Bacchus Restaurant. There I was served by Shawna. Wonderful service. She was very attentive. There was another gentleman there assisting but I did not catch his name. I had the fish tacos which were excellent. Shawna and your team, thank you!
This Doubletree has a great atmosphere, very comfortable and I will definitely make this one of my preferred stays. I was traveling for work but this will be a go to for my wife and I on a personal trip to visit the near by casino and other attractions in the area.
They only allow 5 starts. I would give them a 10!
