The lobby has a nice modern look to the room. The area seems safe and plenty of parking. The room was spacious but the walls had stuff on them especially by the sink. It should be wiped down because it was noticeable. I highly suggest that if you do stay here that you cover the door peephole with tissue or something. In the room we stayed at a studio 2 queen beds, the peep hole can see the room even the beds. So for safety, just cover it up

We stay here whenever we visit family in the area. They are one of the few that still don't charge for parking, offer a nice breakfast, and an indoor pool for those who want that (better than burning outside in the hot Valley sun). It was 108 degrees when we last stayed and thank goodness our room was nice and cool, love the old-school rumbling air conditioners under the window. The lady who checked us in was nice and found me a top floor room as requested. The elevators and hallways were warm but in such a heatwave that is probably typical. There is a Chili's restaurant next door and a Chevron gas station, very convenient. We left early in the morning to beat the heat so didn't get breakfast in the lobby but they were setting up as we were checking out and it looked good. Highly recommend this place!

I have been a Gold Elite Member for over a decade with Marriott. I had a reservation for May 10. My flights were canceled and I was stranded and unable to make it to the area. I called the hotel, not to cancel my reservation, but to have it moved. I will need five nights in the area in June.
The lady on the phone said absolutely not. My reservation cannot be changed or canceled. I was out the $181 I prepaid.
Didn't matter that I offered to book the rooms for June right then and there. Nope. They have my money, too bad, so sad. I was out that money.
In addition, I have written to Marriott and responded to their survey asking that I get a credit for a future stay. Marriott doesn't care.

Looks like I'll be staying at an IHG or Hilton property when I return to the area or travel in the future. Other hotels allow you to change a reservation.

Room tip: Be careful. If your plans change, they will not let you out of your reservation.

Been here a few times and it's a great place. However this last time 4/28/23, their elevators are a little scary. I think they need to have someone look at the elevators, you can feel them slipping a bit on the cable, plus take a LONG time even with no traffic to load. Bounce around too much, you can actually feel the cables buckle. They need to have their elevators inspected. Wife and I weren't the only guests a little freaked about a simple few room elevator ride.

Had an excellent experience during my stay at Springhill Suites. The staff member at checkin whose name was Jap was fast friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and immaculate. Next time we are in this area would definitely book this hotel again.

So I had to make a quick reservation and was unsure if I wanted to stay at this hotel or an IHG hotel. I usually stay at an IHG hotel, but know that Marriott is usually a better brand. So I get there and get to my room and the dark brown couch has so many stains that it looks like a casting couch that has not been cleaned since the 80's. I don't really like changing rooms so I asked for sheet to cover, which I recevied from the front desk. EW. But all was not lost.

Pro's: Extremely friendly staff and a good breakfast bar. The lady that ran the bar during the week was incredibly nice and corteous and the ladies that ran it on the weekend were very nice as well. Good location with a Chilis in the parking lot and a bunch of stuff close by.

Con's - Rooms need to be updated. Some light mold in the bathroom, a very loud air conditioner/heater and that disgusting couch.

Not the end of the world. Would stay there again due to the staff but will definitely change my room next time.

Room tip: Check the cleanliness of your room before unpacking. Staff is exceptional.
