Description: The menu at Paul Martin’s consists of dishes aimed at taking diners back to the American farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, fish from conscientious fishmongers, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors and custom-made bread from expert bakers. The California-centric wine list twists and turns, by glass or bottle, through the Golden State’s fruitful vineyards, with an occasional stop for an Oregon Pinot Gris or a Washington dry Riesling. And behind Paul Martin’s elegantly rustic bar is an interesting array of local craft beer and spirited cocktails with fresh garnishes. Good times and thoughtful food are a way of life at Paul Martin’s local, American Bistro.

This was a truly delightful and best gourmet fried chicken we ever had. They brine the chicken for 24 hours and then I think they marinade it in buttermilk then they fry it with some wonderful herbs and spices. This is a Prix Fixe only so you get a delightful salad, followed by the fried chicken 4-5 pieces and mashed potatoes that are creamy and decadent AND then you get a Campfire sundae complete with marshmallow toasted on top of vanilla bean ice cream with dark chocolate cpsauce and wonderful candied walnuts. Service was superb and a wine list that is above the others. TUESDAY’s only so make plans to be impressed.

Great food and service we shared the happy hour menu. The deviled eggs were perfectly cooked with a little prosciutto, it would be nice to add a little bit more prosciutto. The tacos were a perfect size to share, the flavor profile was excellent balance of protein and genes. We shared the salmon, with a nice horseradish dressing and toasted sourdough. Nice wine menu with something for everyone in a good price range. I enjoy Paul Martin every time I go great service and ambiance. Large tables to meet new people and enjoy good conversations

This restaurant has good food, but is a bit pricey for the quantity and quality. We had the halibut which was good, but the burger buns were white, pasty and tasteless. They were also small. The atmosphere was corporate, and felt like a good place for a business lunch. Service was excellent. Restrooms were clean.

The food and crafted drinks are amazing! During happy hour, try the blue cheese hamburger or really anything on the happy hour menu. My girlfriends and I meet here often and we have tried the entire menu.
I had the special on my Birthday which was scrumptious (surf and turf), my husband had the filet and loved it, my guests had the rib eye and filet. When it gets busy, the service suffered a bit, but aside from that I have no complaints.

We went here on Monday, with family to enjoy happy hour and check out to see if their menu has changed any. Anyway, the food was good. We especially enjoyed the salmon and pork ribs for happy hour. Drinks were nice and were not at all watered down which can sometimes happen. The taters were like a deep fried mash potatoes with a bit of twist and was good as well. However, the calamari that we ordered on the regular menu was just so so. It should have been more crispy and not too much oil. Anyway a place to try out with friends and families.
