“great before the new build.”
Reviewed 10 April 2012

I was there before they built the new section, and it was worth it then. Lots of stuff packed in the old victorian building, can't imagine what is in the new par. Very close to old town sac, two for one things to do.

“Art for the eyes and the soul”
Reviewed 2 April 2012

Over the years I've had the great fortune to visit so many "famous" art museum in NYC, Paris, Rome, Venice, and more. The Crocker has a unique flavor, blending the old and the new, in an easy to view, relaxing, rich experience. Many of the great masters are represented, and the collection of great American West art is superb. Go see, have a coffee/tea, and let your better creative internal angels have a blast!
