The website will show you some good reviews. These are lies! Someone was paid to bring traffic to this motel through positive reviews! This is a lie to you the customer to get you to the door. All the bad reviews are real, too bad for this property because the rooms are very clean and nice! It is true, prostitutes and drug dealers do frequent the hallways and parking lot at all times of the day and night! You will hear doors opening and closing at all times. If you are a traveler like me and you want a good nites rest, you WILL NOT find it here! Save your money!

After I checked in the room around 3pm on May6, 2014, I walked into the room and when I opened the minifride there was a bottle full of urine and underwear right outside the fridge!!!! :/ Super horrible! After I had returned from an errand, the place had gotten broken in and none of the lights worked, the tv was wrecked as well as the air conditioning unit. I came to find about 8 smashed minicamerias all around the living room and bathroom (aiming at the mirror), and they were disquised as the new type of light switch which is a motion sensor!!! After I spoke to the manger's son, he didn't want to return the money after he denied me another room!! Please tell everyone that this hotel is a dump, drug central, prostitution central and just stay away, price is not always everything.

So we went to the Paid Dues Festival on March 30th, 2013 at the San Manuel Amphitheater. We looked at all the hotels in the area and this one had the highest rating on this website and also on Booking.com so we believed it. We booked 2 rooms, 1 for a couple and 1 with 2 beds. We got there around 2:30pm so we got to check in a little early which was great, we had a concert to get to, but right as we got there I noticed a bunch of little kids running around which led me to believe people were living in this Hotel. Our room was upstairs (2 bed) and our friends downstairs, we walked into their room first and all I could smell was old cigarettes I had to go to the bathroom because I almost puked, I don't think I saw a non-smoking room when booking. I get myself under control, my friend goes to walk up to our room and I noticed they had to go around since these 2 guys were just posted on the stairs. I hang out for a minute longer only to hear a knock on the door, I look out the window and it's an older man in his 60's with white scraggly hair and a few missing teeth. I have no clue what to think or what this guy was selling, but after talking to him he had brought my friends a towel and apparently worked there, he looked like a crazy bum. I finally work my way up to my room and it looks the same size only with 2 beds and no couch, our friends had a couch. It's been a long ride and all I really wanted to do was use the bathroom, it was fairly clean but the light turned on with a fan that made a constant grinding noise, so bad, at one point during the night I woke up freaking out but it was my buddy in the bathroom. I was headed back down so we could head to the Concert, walking down the stairs there was a guy organizing and counting a stack of money, which I didn't think twice on until later that night they said this guy kept hopping in different cars. Which lead us to believe this was some kind of crack den. We got picked up by our cab driver who told us that we picked the hotel in the worst part of town and not to talk to anyone or stop for anyone because people out here (San Bernandino) are ruthless. That's about the time I was a little worried about our belongings especially since there was an extra latch on the door and a sign next to it saying use this latch for your security but the latch was broken like the door had been kicked in before. We headed back from the concert and there was no problems at any of our rooms which settled me down a little. We hung out until 2am and went outside of our rooms to smoke a cigarette and drink a beer. The guy who kept hopping into cars disappeared and a car came into the parking lot sat there for about 3 minutes and bailed, about 15 minutes later the front desk guy kind of freaks out and tells us all to get in our rooms and stop hanging out outside. Finally I get to bed but can't really fall sleep hearing footsteps at least every half hour. I finally fall sleep and get woken up around 6-7am to someone in a room sharing a wall beating a woman up for about 5-10 minutes a lot of yelling and what not. My buddy heard it too I later found out and we both just tried to sleep through it. And that was pretty much our experience, I've lived in the Projects for a few years and it kind of had the same feel to it.

Room Tip: Make sure your room hasn't gotten the metal latch kicked in, you will be safer. 206 has a broken bathroom fan that sounds like nails on a chalkboard Don't be afraid of the toothless bum, he's the towel guy
