Standard bed & breakfast type of accommodation. Nothing fancy but just OK for a one night stay. Breakfast was the regular sausage and eggs with muffins and pastry. At about $230 per night thru Tripadvisor, very expensive for what you get. Parking was very tight and would be easy to get your car dinged up.

As has been mentioned in other reviews, this is a good value and very conveniently located to US 101 as well as walking distance to the downtown shopping and great restaurants. Staff is polite, accommodating and easy going. A nice breakfast is included and my bed was very comfortable. What stands-out the most, and of high importance, is how clean the room and grounds are. Good job!

Convenient to 101 and downtown. Great breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Got us into room early. Pool recently renovated but temporary fencing still in place. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Room Tip: I used handicap accessible room on first floor convenient to pool ad office.

Clean, safe, decent hotel. Not a whole lot to it. Small stall showers in the bathrooms. If you can get a decent price I would recommend.
Good location, not walkable to downtown but just a short car ride. Very close to Cal Poly. In a pretty quiet area of town.

Appears more like a higher end motel. That being said, didn't distract from a good relaxing time. Spent two nights (Thursday & Friday), weekend rate nearly doubles; not sure if that's standard SLO or not. Beds were comfortable, also had a decent size fridge and a nice HDTV. Breakfast is included and is your standard continental plus waffles. Trolly service running on Thursday night will get you downtown quickly so you can avoid the arduous task of finding a parking spot with the farmers market going on. Situated at the top end of SLO, it's only about a mile from downtown.
