Large dining room, with warm red color theme décor and wall-to-wall mirrors. We had goi bo tai chanh (rare beef marinated in lime juice, onion, mint and fish sauce) and the restaurant’s signature dish: ca nuong mo hanh (grilled catfish with sautéed scallion). The catfish was huge! Our waiter did a little “operation” on the table to de-bone the fish and separate the filets. Served with lettuce, variety of herbs, pickled carrot and daikon, and rice papers to wrap everything in, then dip into a special house sauce. Fish was flavorful but its meat sort of fell apart, probably because the fish was frozen, not fresh. Marinated beef dish was actually better, tender, succulent, and tasty. Courteous, attentive service. Very reasonable price for a nice restaurant. A good, fun place for family dinner!
