Wonderful evening. My best friends and I came up to get into nature for the full moon. We rode our horses up the mtn and then were able to come back and sleep at a glorious little cabin! We had a blast. It was perfect for what we wanted. Highly suggest coming and trying out this
Little gem of you want a break from the usual SB grind and scene.

The grounds and cabins were well kept, and the staff was friendly.
NOTE!! If you are planning on riding your horses here check on the condition of the Santa Ynez river, There are sections of it at the trail crossing that are full of silt and mud, very dangerous to horses and riders.

The stay was very nice and resort was clean and run well. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the security of the resort. It was wild to see scorpions walkind down the road and beautiful to see the rest of nature.

We came up hear for a week's vacation and the place was great. The travel distance to the local sights was fine and we really enjoyed the facilities. The kids really enjoyed the horseback riding and the swimming. The DJ on Saturday night was very good.

Rancho Oso is a campground in an idyllic mountain setting but with modern amenities like a game room, Wi-Fi lodge and swimming pool! It really was the best of both worlds! We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back for sure.
