We have a 2 for 1 coupon book and ordered this salad. Meal pretty good...it is "cellar like" and dark inside. Tables were near the bar which was noisy. Food was pretty good....service great.

Rough American bar with large function room ideal for a music venue. There appears to be a wide variety of music types on offer over regular evenings during the week and at weekends. The bars are well stocked, the food of good American style, and the service is fast and friendly. It's the HQ for the Ukulele Club of Santa Cruz and we had a really fun evening as guests. Good, lively spot for relaxed enjoyment.

This used to be an Italian restaurant too years ago. We were going to hit another spot in town yet the wait was about an hour. So thought it's been years since going.to Bocci's Cellar let's give it a go. Well upon entering this is not the Italian restaurant we were looking for. Guess should have read some recent reviews.

Moving on. We decided to stay. Changed the taste buds from a hearty Sunday gravy to a burger. Both ordered the cheddar bacon burger. For 9 bucks and your choice of a side. Bargin. Don't expect fine dining here. The burger was solid. The price very reasonable for the plate.

No complaints.

Funky restaurant in an old house in the semi industrial area between Mission and Ocean. Food isn't bad, but nothing spectacular.

There's indeed bocce ball in back. But the covered patio hosts the Santa Cruz Jazz Society every Sunday afternoon. Great music, great people and a fabulous laid back scene. Due to the starving musicians, they offer some happy hour-esque food specials. Can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
