The design of the rooms is very stylish and of high quality. I really loved the design - very thoughtful. Nice large rooms. Very good bed, pillows, huge shower, etc. The room we had on floor 1 did feel a bit like a basement room in that the windows were high and small. I'd recommend requesting a room on the second floor. The parking is underneath the hotel but there is an elevator up to all floors. They have two nice lounge areas with an honor bar as well as a large dining room (?!). We did have a problem with the tv remote not working. I do not love the "invisible service" theme (meaning there's no on-site personnel) because it was certainly invisible when we needed it! I do feel that the price was high for what it is. Not sure if I'd return given other options.
