Hot water issues

While the room itself and staff were good, we had daily issues with the hot water in our sink and shower. On the second day of our stay they replaced a part of the shower valve which fixed that issue, but our bathroom sink shared plumbing with the maintenance closet sink and affected the hot water in our sink. Because of this shared plumbing we lost hot water daily and either had to take shower to wash our faces (the showers are large and the shower head can't really be accessed without getting wet) or use the electric kettle to make hot water. Everything else about the stay was great, particularly the location; just around the corner from the main street so less traffic noise.

Nice but....

The design of the rooms is very stylish and of high quality. I really loved the design - very thoughtful. Nice large rooms. Very good bed, pillows, huge shower, etc. The room we had on floor 1 did feel a bit like a basement room in that the windows were high and small. I'd recommend requesting a room on the second floor. The parking is underneath the hotel but there is an elevator up to all floors. They have two nice lounge areas with an honor bar as well as a large dining room (?!). We did have a problem with the tv remote not working. I do not love the "invisible service" theme (meaning there's no on-site personnel) because it was certainly invisible when we needed it! I do feel that the price was high for what it is. Not sure if I'd return given other options.

Room tip: Ask for a room on the second floor.

Great location. Clean rooms. Great shower. Restaurant next door. Parked in their lot and walked everywhere.

One night stay

Poor AC controls. Did not work. I wish the room was away from alleyway, as the trash truck came early in the morning and was very loud due to having the window open with no AC

You won't regret it

I've stayed in my fair share of nice properties, but the sheer size of the rooms, coupled with how thoughtful everything in the rooms are laid out and the items provided (even an air purifier and white noise machine, along with a custom doggie bed and dog bowls for your loved ones) were top notch. Just book it and enjoy!
