Dishonest, not kept up and no help with issues!
Friday, arrived and was given a regular king room not the deluxe king we paid for. When questioned was moved to a deluxe king. Left for dinner and can back to find the room was filled with gas from the fireplace. When brought it to the attention of the front desk they denied and issues. I suggest we call fire department at which time the moved us to a suite.
Next day the toilet backed up in the suite. Was informed they had no one to resolve the issue, no available rooms and could not call a plumber. They suggested we could use the bathroom outside by the pool, 3 floors down. Sadly we found we are stuck here for the night since no other hotel has any openings.

Bad costumer service. And the “free breakfast” is only danish nothing else. We stayed for one night for thanksgiving 11/23-11/24/23. When we got to our room the AC wasnt working and when we informed the front dest (eric) he said he will come up and check it, we waited and no one came. I came down to the front desk and the lady said she will check it. After she checked she informed us that it they weren't able to fix it and we have a choice to move or use the fan. We chose to just use the fan since it was cold. They promised us a percentage to be refunded back and we agreed. When i called again today to ff up for the refund i was told by Eric from front desk that the AC was working and wasnt broken and since i booked it through expedia they can’t do a refund.

This place was the worst, most disgusting room I have stayed in my whole life! Dirty undergarment present in restroom at arrival, restroom door broken & would not shut at all, greasy floors, mold everywhere, no screens on downstairs windows, stains on dirty bedding, chemical/insect spray smell, just all bad!
