The cabin met our requirements: walking distance to Sunnyside, HOA beach access, and beds for all. In those respects, it made for a great home base for a friends' weekend. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. We barely spent any time inside the cabin except to eat breakfast. The kitchen table comfortably accommodated all 6 of us.
There were two downsides: It was hot and stuffy upstairs, despite the windows open all day/night and fans on, making it hard to sleep. The living room is dimly lit, so we used the kitchen table and a local restaurant to catch up on work. Neither were too cumbersome, as we were only there for a few days and didn't want to be hanging out inside anyway.
