We celebrated our 20th anniversary here. Unfortunately the smoke from the fires prevented us from doing anything outdoors, so we couldn’t try the hot tub, our balcony, the fire pit, etc. - even so, we we thoroughly enjoyed our time! Staff was so friendly and helpful, they issue you Starbucks gift cards if you skip a day of housekeeping service to “go green”, and the restaurant was fantastic. Try the orange and lavender French toast, or the braised short ribs at night! They also gave us a welcome tote upon arrival with wine and snacks and water inside, and they had a dvd library where you could check out a dvd for free to take to your room if desired. The rooms have been remodeled and are really clean and nice. The bed was so comfortable!!!! Heat and air works quickly, which was important in the fall! Everything was quiet and peaceful on the property. Really wonderful experience here!!!!

A bit older hotel, but excellent location and very well priced for Tiburon or anywhere for that matter. No complaints. Friendly staff, clean rooms, spacious, nice pool and outer area. Received a welcome bag with wine, which was very nice. Staff was accommodating. Good food & drinks.

Recommended to this hotel by my Aunt who had stayed here before. Delightful hotel, extremely pleasant staff and very clean. Good sized double room with comfortable bed. Air conditioning can be a shade noisy in the dead of night but is not an issue. Good location for day trips especially for the ferry across to San Fransisco. Sausalito is less than half an hour away. Local restaurants close by.

We lived in SF for 17 years and in bay area for a total of 30 years. Loved a lot of things...weather and proximity fo ferry and small restaurants in Tiburon. We got the bed and breakfast package...no one at front desk or dining room could explain the package. We were totally overcharged for breakfast....if you stay don't get breakfast included....no advantage and only confusion.

Tiburon is a beautiful little town and the Tiburon Lodge offered everything we could have asked for. Check-in was a breeze and our room was far more that we expected. We had a corner room that was quite large with beautiful plantation shutters. The bedding and bed itself were both welcoming and comfortable. Outside space had several tucked away areas where you could enjoy a glass of wine and relax on cozy sofas. The restaurant was nicely appointed and the food was good. It was a great location if you plan to visit Muir Woods which is only about 20 minutes away.

Room tip: Corner rooms are quite large!
