The hotel was our spot to go see Sequoia National Park. The staff was friendly, nice breakfast, and the pool was comfortably warm. Very comfortable king size bed. Clean everywhere and roomy common area.

We booked this hotel at last minute through travelocity for a family of five. The room was spacious, they gave us a rollaway bed, not on the first night of stay due to unavailabilty but second day. We needed towels and extra toiletries which they readily and happily provided. The breakfast was free every morning, a nice feature before we hit the road.
didnt check out the pool and stuff though.

This place is not far from where we live. But we made a stop here just to cut some time off a long day of driving. We were familiar with the hotel having stayed here once before last year. The place is nice and easy to get to. Parking is easy and there are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. The room was not dirty by any means but looks to be due for a deep cleaning. (Scrub the base boards, clean the light switches. That type of thing) But as for general house keeping it was spot on! The place is starting to show its age just a bit but I would still throw the "nice" moniker on it. This was our second stay here as a family and I would do it again.

The rooms are quite spacious and include a refrigerator, microwave and small sink in the room as well as a desk/table. The bathroom was also spacious. The room looks clean. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, ham slices, biscuits, bagels, fruit (whole and fruit salad) and 2 waffle makers; the lady running the breakfast was very nice. For $72/night, this is an excellent value. The hotel is across the parking lot from the outlet mall.

We stayed at the Charter Inn coming from LA to visit the Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks.
The room was fairly big and very clean with all amenities you need. The AC was quite effective and seamlessly changed from cooling to heating according to our needs. You shouldn't crank it up too high though, it will start to smell funnily.
I loved the breakfast. I am a huge fan of the waffle machine. But there were also lots of delicious things apart from that.

The hotel is just next to the Tulare Outlet Center. That one hosts the usual suspects of outlet stores but also hosts a cinema which I found quite cool. Just bear in mind that the place is pretty dead after 9pm when most of the restaurants close.
Apart from the outlet there are a few grocery stores nearby.
