The hotel was located exactly where I needed to find accommodation, and that requirement was primary for me. So, under the circumstances, the hotel was adequate overall for my purposes (ie, in town for only 2 days to attend a funeral).
I would comment that it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot on the bare floor (no carpet, and some vinyl flooring tiles were peeling/curling up slightly). Also, hearing the footsteps of upstairs guests was unavoidable (owing to the bare-floor infrastructure) and sometimes disturbed my rest.

Thank you for your review.

Ramada Plaza WeHo has an outstanding location and makes it easy to move around greater Los Angeles. Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Los Angeles border the city.

We thank you for your comments and will share with our engineering department.

You get what you pay for but for the price we felt it was an ok hotel, with an ok pool, in an ok area, with ok facilities. Really hard to rate this hotel as while the family room we had for the 5 of us was large and did it's job, it just had a bit of a dirty, sticky, old feel to it which was a little like the hotel in general. You could also hear the people above us moving around so I can only imagine the noise coming from our room with our 3 kids. The pool was nice enough for the kids to cool down but didn't overly thrill me, the café/bar wasn't open at all so not sure what was going on there also. Anyway it was reasonably central if you wanted to get to (short drive) some of the main attractions in Hollywood or Santa Monica. Not much in close proximity for a family with kids to walk to although we may have missed things. Lots of bars/eating areas and more aligned to LGBT community and on saying this, the hotel would be in a good location to party if you were travelling alone, with a partner or adult friends.

Thank you for your review.

Ramada Plaza is centrally located and is convenient to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, LA and Santa Monica. Universal Studios is approximately 20 minutes, the Grove less than 10 minutes. Several good places to eat for families including: kitchen24, fresh corn grille, Tender Greens, Shake Shack, Fresh Brothers, Five Guys, etc.

There are several bars, clubs and upscale restaurants close to the the hotel that are extremely popular. Ramada Plaza would serve as an excellent location to enjoy these venues with a partner or adult friends.
