Owner description: In keeping with the tradition of all breweries, Old Redwood Brewing Co. started in a garage, years ago, with Bobby exploring and perfecting recipes in college and Mike travelling the world, learning new and exciting beers. As our passion grew, so did our desire to provide high – quality, premium beers, supplemented with the finest Sonoma Country ingredients to the world. Our commitment to support local farmers, businesses, and beer drinkers has led us to Sonoma County’s first beer tasting room. Locally grown, locally sourced and locally owned, Adam, Bobby, Dom and Mike welcome you to Old Redwood Brewing Company.

Stopped after an early dinner with my wife. Shared a flight. Good variety. Was pleasantly surprised by the Cream Ale. Good taste and finish. Much bolder than I'd gave guessed. Poured by friendly and knowledgable staff. Nice atmosphere.
Comments about the beer club not relevant to us. Just a good time with good people and beer. Recommended

Stopped in to do some tastings and were able to taste 9 different beers. We had tried to visit the Old Redwood Brewery on our last visit and weren't able to connect with anyone or a time, but glad we tried again. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with the brewer. Wished they had one or more of their IPAs on tap to try, but they only had bottles. So we brought some beer back with us! Worth a stop to try some beer.

My wife and I just moved to the area and decided to stop by for a drink. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! We have made some great friends by wandering into this brewery. Also the River Rider is honestly one of the best beers I have ever had. Its very refreshing and perfect to enjoy during summer.

We actually had a Groupon to try this place for a beer tasting. After several days in Wine Country we were a bit "wine-d" out. Upon arrival we weren't sure if the place was open, or still in construction. It has a very warehouse feel with boxes everywhere, but they have a simple bar and serve their selections of tap beer there. Not all beer is available for tasting but they have quite a few. The bartender/beer guy was very knowledgeable and we ended up purchasing 5 bottles to take home. It was a fun 90 minutes where we met a few other people and kicked back. If you like craft beer, go. You won't be sorry.

We found this place in Feb. 2013 and really enjoyed the beers in the tasting room, so we joined the beer club. The pricing on the beer is way out of line ($17-$22 for a 750ml bottle) but we decided to join anyway. Now, a year later, we are finding that we aren't drinking the beer fast enough so we decided to cancel. GOOD LUCK with that! After 4 phone calls (which we had to leave messages as they just DON'T answer the phone) we still have not heard back from them. In the meantime, they have charged our credit card and sent the next shipment! Well, we put a chargeback on the card and are refusing any further charges from them. If they want to send the beer, fine, but we aren't paying for it. By the way, it's been over 3 weeks and STILL NO PHONE CALL!! Really, really poor business practice. They just don't seem to care about their customers...
