Stopped here based solely on other reviews. It looks like a closed down business from the outside, but don't let that keep you away. Upon stepping inside, you are greeted with an atmosphere of a small donut shop that hasn't probably updated since it was opened in the late 1980's. Again, don't let that stop you. You'll more than likely encounter some locals chatting it up with the owner, Rosie. As you eavesdrop on their conversation, take some time to stare at all of the wonderful, fresh donuts that fill the display case. Bear claws that are bigger than a bear and cinnamon rolls with a size that will make a large pizzas jealous. The donuts are amazing. (Try her favorite, the lemon filled) and the prices also seem as though they haven't been updated since the 1980s. Chatting with the owner for a bit, I told her we found her shop via Trip Advisor. She looked confused and asked "what's that?"

Make sure you go!

Jelly donut is one of the only donut shops in town . The donuts are prepared early in the morning so if you want a hot glazed go early . My favorite is the old fashioned and they are one of the best ive ever had. We also like the maple and chocolate bars . All there donuts are good cinnamon rolls another favorite . The have a wide array of coffee falvored creations also many other drinks . This place is a daily haunt to sit around and get the morning gossip in town

Jelly Donut is a must for anyone that appreciates fresh or day old donuts, croissants & muffins! Their Ham & Cheese croissant is on slam for breakfast on the go, but don't forget the napkins

After finishing my meal at Poppa's across the street I noticed this donut shop. Stopped in. It was late on a Friday night and there wasn't a huge selection to chose from. Not sure if that was cause of the time or if that's just how things are usually here. I got an old-fashioned donut and I had a feeling it wasn't going to be that great cause the place seemed kind of generic. But it was a really good donut. Nothing special. But very good. I'm sure it was under a $1 for the donut. Can't beat that.

The place is old, worn and difficult parking but the donuts are the closest I can get to Dunkin on the west coast in my area. Not as gooey sweet as Krispies, which is great.
