We took the Palmer trail around the park. Beautiful scenery, but definitely wear layers and sunscreen and bring snacks. We are avid GA hikers but this trail kicked our butts (and our dog), I guess because of the high altitude. Well worth a half day or full day; bring a picnic!

This place was breathtaking. The hiking was so much fun! We started at the visitors center, they advised us on the paved hike to take around all the rock formations. I cannot wait to go back!!

The view and the surrounding was beautiful. We had a nice 10-15 minutes walk from parking no10 to the "start". The rocks are lovely to se you have to go there!

This is an absolute beautiful place to explore. There are so many options; driving, walking, hiking, which makes it a place that everyone can enjoy. The fact that this is a FREE attraction, makes it affordable for everyone. You can pack your own lunch and head out to enjoy the amazing sites. As the weather changes, you get to experience how it looks throughout the day. We started with snow and when it turned sunny, the views changed and became spectacular once again.

If you like nature and Rocks this is the place to go. It is outdoors so dress accordingly it can get windy. Leave time for the gift shop !
