This hotel has been nicely renovated and clean. The location is fantastic (on the N end of the Springs), close to the highway, restaurants and shopping. I advise asking for the King bed as they have all been upgraded but the queen beds have not. The breakfast was good and the overall service was excellent.

The hotel did not have HOT WATER - they failed to tell me when I checked IN. At 6:00Am when I was getting ready to go to work I found out there was NO WATER due to the remodel on the first floor. I had to check out and check in to a NEW HOTEL In the same morning. Very disappointed....!

Thank you for sharing your feedback on Trip Advisor. It was not our intention to not have hot water and, to the best of our knowledge, we thought the issue had been completely resolved on Thursday. Surely we wouldn't want any guest to not have hot water and that would not be a typical situation. Unfortunately, it was a renovation issue that we clearly didn't have fully resolved and we didn't find out until Friday morning.

I am so sorry you were completely inconvenienced and I am glad you took an opportunity to speak with Allysa before you departed. We are very anxious for the renovation to be over and we hope you will come back and try the hotel again when it is completed.

During recent stay in Colorado Springs, 3 individuals stood out having provided superior customer service for us. Zack: superb assistance to get reservation, Kassandra: manager provided invaluable assistance on registration and during stay, and Attis invaluable service during breakfast EACH morning! Thanks to these 3 individuals, our stay was as close to perfect as possible. Thanks

GREAT hotel; recently refurbished rooms and lobby. Grounds are beautiful, hotel staff is outstanding! Clean and quiet. Great views from some rooms of Pikes Peak. New room decoration is very nice, and has huge counter spaces for your stuff and a very nice desk to work at if you wish. The business center is also very well equipped.

This was the second time I had stayed at this hotel. I returned because of the service, quality of room, and amenities. Was not disappointed the second time either! A must stay if you visit Colorado Srpings.
