If you actually want to sleep, don’t stay here. Hotel encourages large gatherings in the middle of the night, operator doesn’t answer, and advises that they’ll move you at midnight if you’re annoyed. Was actually told, “we’re a convention hotel and encourage gatherings”. Even at midnight in the halls and next door rooms. The solution they offered of us repacking , getting dressed, and moving was complete BS.

Will stay elsewhere from now on

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Though we are a banquet hotel boasting 25,000 square feet of meeting space, we certainly don't encourage gatherings outside of that space. We even staff security 24 hours a day to ensure we have the ability to monitor the behavior of our guests and ensure there are no disturbances of any kind. I feel so badly that your neighbors were such a bother to you but please know we do all we can to discourage large gathers and to rectify any disturbances as quickly as possible. We take this feedback very seriously and will be reviewing this situation to see how we could have improved. Your feedback is so very appreciated, we do still hope to welcome you back in the future for a true Antlers experience.

We stayed here one night after flying in from Montana. Booked a corner king suite and it was a very nice room, especially with the views of both the mountain and the city. Large room but bathroom was a little small and it was obvious that they had had a leak here recently. The back bottom of the bathroom door was all warped and peeling and the corners of the bathroom floor were peeling also. If not for this, I would have given this a better rating. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The model of what the hotel used to look like was really neat and it's too bad that they didn't rebuild it in that style. That would have been something. As it is, the hotel is nice place to stay in downtown with several food options within walking distance. The parking garage was a bit dicey. There really aren't good signs telling you that you need to park in the garage for the hotel and then once inside, you have to really pay attention to find where the entrance to the hotel is. My wife was not at all comfortable in the garage and I found a spot very close to the entrance to the hotel. I can't imagine walking around in there at night if you parked further away. I think this is another one of those hotels that spend a lot of money on the exterior and the lobby and then go skimpy on the rooms and other areas. I liked The Mining Exchange around the corner much better. The other problem is that the rail yard is literally right under the hotel and until about midnight, you could hear and feel the trains coming in and out as they blasted their horns. Not what I expected for the price.

Room tip: The corner suite was large but get one on the east side so that you don't have to listen to the train.

We are so glad to hear you were able to enjoy the expansive panoramic views offered by our corner rooms. There is so much beauty here in Colorado Springs and we are so grateful to have a hotel positioned to experience it. It is for this reason we take feedback very seriously as we constantly look to improve. With that please know your concerns have been brought to the attention of the appropriate department so we can correct the issues mentioned. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We still very much hope to welcome you back in the future.

From the outside, the hotel is beautiful. When you walk in the lobby, everything is luxury. We had a king size bedroom facing the mountains on the eleventh floor. Room 1113. The room was nothing fancy and EXTREMELY small. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Anywhere. Ceiling was cracking. Impossible for two people to be in the bathroom at the same time. The room was $200 per night. Parking was an extra $17. The indoor pool was under construction, outdoor pool was closed, and the one tiny hot tub was crammed with about 7 people. The AC unit in the room was clicking and banging all night. I would not recommend this place.

It was probably a great hotel in its day. The hotel is a little old and outdated, internet is hit or miss, bathroom was dirty, and the hallway had puke on the carpet.
The staff was very professional and helpful.

My husband and I went to Colorado Springs on vacation. We were set to leave Sunday and we’ll my car ended up breaking down we found a mechanic who wasn’t going to be open until Monday so we rented a room after calling around and the staff at The Antlers were far more accommodating. We arrived and told the front desk who we were and they couldn’t check us in yet because we were early for check in so we went ahead and parked the car in the parking garage and went and sat in the lobby. A very sweet front desk agent came and got us after a little bit and said they had a room available early for us which was a blessing since I had a migraine. They made us feel welcome and Monday we received a late check out while we were trying to figure everything out with my car. I will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone traveling to Colorado Springs to stay here! Thank you for helping ease a very stressful event for us. It’s so appreciated!
