Truly great facility. Clean, new and very well kept. Staff extremely helpful and ready to get you whatever you might need. Easy to get in/out and great for families. Had a 2 bedroom suite with our teenage son and it worked out perfectly.

We stayed in Colorado springs in 2 bedroom, 2 bath and it was very roomy. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (17, 15 and 8). Although somehow our room got cancelled by the head reservations office, the front desk accommodated us with a 1 bedroom until a 2 bedroom surprisingly opened up the next day. This is a very nice hotel. Front desk was nice and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. Lobby was comfortable and breakfast was perfect...so nice to have that available every morning. And for a large hotel it was quiet. Would stay here again.

Family just got back from staying a week at Staybridge Suites on vacation. The hotel overall is very nice. It is a very convenient location off of Interstate #25 and Woodman. there is a gas station across the street, as well as an Old Chicago Pizza, Steak House, and a Tilted Kilt bar and grill. We only ate at Old Chicago and had great food there.

Check in was quick and easy, and were quickly up to our two bedroom suite. One room had a single queen bed, while the other had two queen beds. Each bedroom had a bathroom in it. Each also has a TV. No bathtubs. Sinks are located outside the actual bathroom, so one person can be using the shower/toilet, while another can be using the sink to do makeup/brush teeth/etc.

There is a middle room between the two rooms that has a refrigerator/freezer, small side burner stove/ toaster/plates/silverware/cookware/etc. A person could definitely cook food there, however, a lack of an oven definitely does not allow to bake anything.

There is a large TV, pullout couch, chair and dining room table and chairs. Also a DVD player, which we used one night, but it took 15 minutes of trial and error using the remote to switch it from TV to using the DVD player.

There is a nice breakfast buffet. Cereal, toast, waffle maker, muffins, fruit, eggs, bacon/sausage. We all used this and were very pleased. We did eat their small dinner buffet two times. It happens on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights of the week. I wasn't as impressed with the dinner meal as their breakfast.

We did use the pool and hot tub. Not a deep pool, maybe ranges from 3-5 feet, but kids had fun swimming and playing around. Mom and dad enjoyed the hot tub. Never used the basketball court, nor did I see anybody using it. Not sure how many people bring a basketball on vacation.

The elevator is too small and its very slow. Luckily the hotel is only 4 floors, so we always used the stairs except for when we hauled all of our luggage to and from our vehicle.

my overall thoughts. The family liked the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Enjoyed the amenities and had no complaints. I would have rated it Excellent, but the price of over $300/night precluded me from doing this. I felt the price was a bit excessive for the hotel. I knew what I was paying when I booked it so I will not complain, but wanted to leave my thoughts on it.

I've never stayed at a Staybridge Suites.
Hands down, the best extended stay type hotel I've been to.From the room layout, furnishings, etc to the pool, common area and breakfast, it's been great.
The only downside is...No Golf Channel!! :(
I will look for Staybridge on future business and family trips.

Our family of 6 stayed at this hotel during a 4 day vacation to Colorado Springs. This hotel is centrally located and it was a quick trip to all the places we wanted to go during our stay. The hotel suite has two bathrooms and 3 queen size beds with a wonderful kitchenette. We utilized the fridge and microwave and saved money having lunch in our room. I loved the ice maker in the freezer! This hotel is very clean. We all swam in the pool, which is small but well cared for. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional each morning and the Monday-Wednesday evening meal was a wonderful surprise. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for an extended stay.

This has to have been one of my best hotel experiences start to finish ever. It started with "Chantel?" who really helped us get the right rooms for our group. I had been finding the hotel out of our budget but when she explained the various items that we would have available it made perfect sense and cents! She could not have been more friendly and patient. The follow up information from David the manager and other's when I contacted them to confirm various parts of our stay were just excellent. Sarah also was helpful getting us set up for a early breakfast as we needed to leave before the hot breakfast one day- she made sure we had food for the road.
Now the facility- Super easy to get to off of I-25, far enough out of the way that their is no highway noise. Clean in the rooms, the lobby, the breakfast area, the pool, the laundry room, the work out area. Beds were comfortable. Hot food and salad bar provided were well stocked and the staff taking care of the food was friendly and helpful. Our scouts enjoyed the pool a great deal. We used the outdoor gazebo and Bar B-Q grill which where fantastic. We used the laundry facilities (dryer was pretty slow to get things dry). Kids used the basket ball court (ball at front desk).

Here is my one knock- the night front desk guy was lazy. I'd see pool towels in the hall from other people and they would still be there in the morning. Plus he liked to visit with his buddies who came to see him at work. Other wise the staff was excellent.

I had a scout group with multiple suites and would highly recommend this hotel for groups or families, especially for longer stays.

Very clean accommodations, comfortable beds, a free buffet breakfast, and free laundry. The breakfast was pretty good too. The staff is nice and friendly as well.

However $300+ per night for a 2 bedroom suite is on the high side, even with a AAA discount. My only other issue is the swimming pool is small. For those reasons I have it 4 stars instead of 5.
