An absolutely exceptional staff... The desk was very helpful and the valet service was first rate...

We had a problem with the heater in room #424 great room but continued problems forced us go switch to a different room (smaller)

The in room dining was magnificent.. every dish arrived hot... and before they promised. quite tasty. No complaints with the staff.. they were all wonderful... the heat issue left a little to be desired.

Room Tip: 4th floor is perfect

I'm usually one to point things out on here, either for management (who may or may not care) or certainly and primarily for other travelers who should be informed to make a decision, so I usually have a pros and cons list.

Not here.

This place is simply amazing. I recently re-activated my Wyndham points account and am going to be staying with this chain more. There are many good benefits, but this hotel is ooooh-la-la sweet.

From the lobby to the rooms, the renovation is spectacular. Literally, every best-foot-forward and attention to detail is covered. Friendly staff. Accommodating (but at face value, there's not much they have to accommodate!) Rooms are simply amazing. They preserved the brick from the exterior and made it part of the interior. Beautiful artwork with an artwork dimmer light. Marble workspace that is abundant. Marble in the bathroom. Large bathrooms. Great shower. Nice shower products, mouthwash, body lotion, etc. Plugs to recharge your toys everywhere. Large TV mounted perfectly on the wall to maximize space that welcomes you by name when you get into your room.

It's a total package.

Regarding parking, there's valet or you can park on the street. It would be great to have vents in the bathrooms, but in a 100 year old building, that's not feasible.

There's just nothing else to mention other than if you're in the area and want an amazing experience, put this wonderful hotel on your short list. You won't regret it. Thank you Wyndham for such a great welcome back!

The central location of this hotel is perfect for walking around the wonderfully vibrant downtown Colorado Springs. Any contact with people at the front desk was always friendly and helpful with good suggestions for restaurants and things to do. My room was spotless, elegant and comfortable. I discovered that I had left one of my meds in the room after checking out so called to ask if anyone had turned it in. They took the time to go to my room to look for it and have it at the front desk for me to come back to pick it up. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Would definitely return to this hotel the next time I visit Colorado Springs.

This is the second time we have stayed here during a holiday. What I love about this hotel is that from the moment you drive up, you feel as though the staff is so happy to have you stay with them. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is lovely, and it is in a great location. It is near numerous great restaurants and shopping.
