Spacious room, nice area to walk, pet friendly, clean property(inside & outside) and friendly staff. We stayed for a week so the in-room kitchenet was really nice. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely would stay here again. Located just far enough from I25 to be both quiet and still be very convenient.

The exterior of the hotel looks like a series of attached townhouses and appeared very welcoming. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable (which we can always count on with Marriott), and there was a nice kitchen that would have been convenient had we been staying more than one night. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast was already prepared, wrapped, and placed on a table for pickup to eat in the room - bagel with cream cheese and jam, muffin, yogurt, and a banana. Cans of orange juice and biscuits with sausage gravy were available on request, and coffee was available in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Booked a last minute stay with my three college aged children in a two room suite. Location was perfect, close to everything you could possible need. Stayed during Covid so limited housekeeping and limited breakfast. Hotel bent over backwards to accommodate extra towels and to get people breakfast to go. Hotel room itself was basic but did the job. You are there to see the mountains not spend to much time in your room. Great value.

Room tip: two room suites are the end of the halls and quiet.

We stayed here two nights. Wanted a place close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods with accessibility to Old Colorado and the interstate. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Our bathroom was a bit dated and the tub/shower needed some TLC, but overall a good stay. Outdoor pool was recommended at check in to have reservations with fifty minute increments. We tried it our last day, but it seem regular residents just wander in whenever the please. A nit, but a bit frustrating in line with instructions given at checkin.

We were staying at the TownPlace Suites when a family member was seriously injured in a biking accident and hospitalized. The manager and staff were absolutely AMAZING, they were all so kind and accommodating. They were very responsive to our needs. It really meant a lot to us at a very stressful time. Plus, the hotel was clean, quiet and close to many attractions and restaurants. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
