We have traveled all over the USA and the world. This hotel is better than The Broadmoor and The NYC Plaza. We come here because of the consistently excellent food and outstanding staff. Margarita and Maria took dining service and room service... outstanding! Jody and Alana at the bar are terrific. The gentleman Happy Hour Bartender fixes awesome margaritas (and everything else)! And Mama at breakfast.... FABULOUS!!

Room Tip: Anywhere here is a deal for the Happy Hour/Chef Quality Cuisine/Staff

Have stayed at many hiltons over the years including Embassy Suites around the US and this one is in the top tier in that class. Breakfast includes made to order eggs and omelettes, the staff is friendly and professional and the layout is functional and attractive. No restaurants within walking distance, but there IS a recreational dispensery right across the street for those interested.

Next time you are in the area, stay with us and then take the short three minute shuttle ride to Northfield's Entertainment & Shopping District. There are a number of attractions and things to do as well as it being a great way to spend the afternoon or evening. Thanks for selecting our hotel as your temporary home while in Denver and we look forward to serving you again soon.

From checking in to the wonderful managers reception. It was a very good visit. Really enjoyed the made to order breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Even though it in an industrial area not very loud at night. Would stay there again in future.

Do not be fooled to badly by the initial impression of our location. A short three minute shuttle ride away is Northfield's Entertainment & Shopping District that has tons to offer our guests in the way of entertainment, dining, and activities. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to serve you while in Denver, and for sharing your experience with others. Hope to serve you again in the near future. Thanks.

We spent one night at the Embassy Suites last week. The happy hour was excellent. They had smoked salmon and a cheese platter. We enjoyed the martini's while eating the salmon. It is a very short and easy ride to the airport. The free breakfast with made to order omelettes. What could be better.

We were there for a Phish concert weekend. Never have I seen a hotel staff so warm and welcoming and working so hard to ensure that you are having a wonderful experience at the hotel. From the check in staff, to the staff who welcome you at breakfast, to the cooks at the made-to-order breakfast station, to the shuttle drivers -- every one of the staff was friendly and helpful and wanted to ensure you were having a positive experience at the hotel. On several occasions, I saw hotel staff hugging guests out of welcoming them back to the hotel or simply guest gratitude. It was such a heartwarming thing to see.

As for the hotel itself, if you are attending a concert at Dick's arena, the location can't be beat. While it's close to the highway, you never hear the noise and the rooms face the mountains. Sure, the overall design of the hotel is a little outdated (that carpet!), but the furnishings in the lobby and in the rooms have a modern aesthetic and have been updated. The breakfast offerings are extensive - made-to-order omelets, oatmeal, grits, pastry, meats, etc., and while there isn't instant gratification in the eggs department, the cooks are fast, and the wait times are short. The free wine/cocktails & snacks in the evenings is also a big plus. What a lovely way to unwind from the day.

This hotel isn't hip, nor is it in a trendy part of town, BUT it has the hardest working and friendliest staff I've seen and they want to make sure you have the best stay in Denver. And for our stay, they succeeded! In this era of dwindling customer service, this Embassy Suites is the exception. We'll be back for sure.

The Labor Day weekend is a special time for our team because we have the opportunity to welcome back so many friends we have made over the years who attend the Phish Labor Day weekend concert. Thank you so much for letting others know about the effort made by our team to take care of all the guests, and for sharing your full experience with everyone. We are indeed thankful for your loyalty to our hotel, as we appreciate the opportunity to serve each of you while in Denver. Hope to see you again next year. Take care!
