You could not pay me to stay here.
The "hotel" was under renovation when we visited so maybe the renovations are improving things but the state in which we found our room was akin to $30 motel for crack addicts.
I understand renovations need to be made and they are an inconvenience to everyone but none of the staff acknowledged the construction or mess and zero effort was made to keep things clean.
We were given a room on the middle of a dozen other rooms under construction. Equipment and supplies were strewn everywhere. The doors had painters tape with numbers on them.
At first our key did not work because the front desk failed to properly activate them. After eventually gaining entry to our room, we inspected the conditions.
The walls were covered in dents and scratches. The furniture and carpet was covered in stains. The bedding was cheap, gross and littered with burn marks.
The door to the bathroom was off the sliding track and the front door would not close. The room as listed on Hotels.com should have included a mini fridge and other amenities. None were present. Even the hair dyer was missing from the wall mount.
This places was extremely gross. The only time the staff was helpful was when we told them we would not be staying there and gave us no problems about leaving.More
