Excellent, clean, comfortable hotel/conference experience. I would definitely recommend hosting your conference here. Great attention to detail and service. This Hyatt provides real dishes and utensils for all the food service, a bonus if you are environmentally minded.

If you are working in the DTC, this is a great location.

The staff is very friendly.

The rooms are clean, spacious and everything works. And the HVAC is the quietest I have experienced in years.

Parking is a little pricey. But that is the industry trend for urban hotels: extract more revenue from the guests via parking fees.

In-house restaurants are very good. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well.

I would stay there again and have no qualms about recommending it to others.

Room tip: Room 637 is noisy due to the elevators.

Had some problems at check in and check out but the staff was very pleasant and helpful. No bathtub in my room which was disappointing. Wifi terrible for conference area but great for rooms. Food great!

customer service of the frontline personnel was not sincere or fair to all. I felt like I was a second class visitor to their establishment. I will definitely not patronize their hotel again. However I could say that housekeeping and servers of the conference do a great job.

I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. It is easy to see that they take customer satisfaction very seriously and go above and beyond to please their loyal customers. That is one of the reasons why I always look for a Hyatt hotel in my destionations.
