Our stay couldn't have been more perfect. Reservations were secured months ago and anticipation was building for a girlfriend getaway. There was a little glitch in reservation communications but once discovered, it was handled with care and great consideration to the needs of our group. Ultimately turned out FAR better than we could have imagined. Trissa went above and beyond to accommodate us before we arrived. At check in we were treated like the most important guests and that held true for our entire 4 night stay.
Our stay in the cottage was cozy and comfortable. The daily breakfasts were delicious and enticed us to linger in the breakfast room chatting over a second cup of coffee. In the afternoons, Julie helped us find delicious dinner options around town, served us cocktails, and filled us up with delicious homemade cookies.
Every member of our 4 gal party enjoyed her stay. I'm certain we will all come back for a girl's getaway again. Beyond that, each of us have mentioned coming back with husbands in tow. We just can't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you so much!

This is a true gem within Durango. It is a home away from home. The staff is welcoming and wonderful. The rooms are exquisite and comfortable. Breakfast is homemade every morning, and delicious. The location is perfect...just off Main, but close to everything. The business productivity center next door (R Space) is awesome as well. The Rochester is perfect for business or pleasure when in Durango

Room tip: Any room works here. Rooms in the Leland house are basically studio apartments with kitchens and living spaces.

Not the first time staying at The Rochester Hotel,we always feel so pampered and special at this property. Always stay in room#105 with our own little patio leading to the lovely and relaxing courtyard. Staff are so warm and accommodating. Fond memories and looking forward to our return!

Room tip: This property is quiet with specified quiet times, we prefer the lower level, mainly because the stairs are difficult for my husband.

We stayed in the loft for 3 nights and loved our time there. It has a great vibe and we enjoyed being right downtown. The kitchen is really sweet and it was nice to cook one night, but it could use a few more pot, pans and other kitchen accoutrements. The service was wonderful & a pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. I am ready to move in there for a few months out of the year!
Thank you so much!☺️

The Hotel, Staff and Service are always excellent. The rooms are of the original design, and obviously updated. Traveling often for both business and personal purposes, this hotel is beyond refreshing. Convenient location for dining and walking about. Breakfast always has a special of the morning with coffee, fresh fruits and cereals being standard and very fresh.
