We were travelling with our dog (he was being treated at the CSU Veterinary Training facility). This motel is pet friendly. We were given a ground floor room near a door, which was very helpful.

The room was large with a king bed and a sitting area. The sitting area was separated with a low wall. There was a sofa, coffee table and an eating/computer table. Even though the room was large, there wasn't a good space to have an open suitcase. And, the sofa wasn't convenient for TV viewing. There was a frig and a microwave next to the dresser. Very convenient and the frig was larger than the normal motel frig.

The room was quiet (even though there is a train track right behind). The grounds are impeccably maintained. We were there just after a violent wind/rain storm. Leaves were down all over the area, but the groundskeeper was out and busy - leaving a carefully manicured area. There is a picnic table under a tree where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings.

Breakfast was OK. Very much the same day to day.
There is a very nice indoor pool - we saw lots of families enjoying this. The workout room is pretty basic and the air conditioning needs to be upgraded. With two of us working out - the room became frighteningly hot.

The location is relatively near CSU. And there are restaurants in walking distance - a real plus for us.

Staff was very pleasant and we had a good stay. They definitely got extra points for their pet policy.

Stayed here one night to do an 8am tour at CSU following morning. Arrived almost 9pm and quiet! (Yay!) Check in was fast and courteous. Room was one king bed for me and the sofabed for my teenager. Comfy bed, fridge, microwave and AC unit. I left the AC on "constant fan" mode all night which provided excellent room circulation and white noise. Didn't know until later at check out there had been a 2:30am train. There was a 6:30am train but we were already up. Breakfast was very good I think. Hot food: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy and make your own waffles. Plus they had the usual cold items (cereal, pastries, fruit, toast, yogurt). They also had tortillas, fresh salsa and cheese to make breakfast tacos. Will consider a stay here again since we are now a CSU Ram family!

At times a bit hard to get follow up calls, but our experience there was wonderful. The staff--Ethan, Travis and everyone was so helpful suggesting places to eat or hike, getting our rooms ready for early check-in, anything we needed. The rooms were nice--especially with 4 kids in a room--2 queen beds and a fold out couch. Good, big breakfast that was available at 6 (and they started earlier when we requested). Close to good places to eat and easy access to CSU.

Room Tip: Rooms away from Mason street have view of foot hills, but also on the side of the train tracks. Train noise didn't bother me.

The Quality Inn and Suites is like a "second home" to us, as my husband has clients in this area. We often book here.
The hotel management is exceptional with customer service. Martha, the woman who often cleans our room always has a smile, is helpful and leaves our room clean and sparkling.
As my husband and I travel all over the United States, we are always glad to get back to the Quality Inn and Suites in Fort Collins, because they consistently provide exemplary customer service, a clean comfortable room. We enjoy also enjoy other amenities such as a pool, exercise room, and proximity to great shopping and restaurants.

Room Tip: The King suites are amazing

Acceptable in overall service, Good location to commute to CDC. Amenities are adequate, Price are a bit higher in some seasons. It's good for a quiet stay. Breakfast should be more generous. will stay again in the future whenever I attend the CDC meeting as long as the price is reasonable
