“Clean hotel”

This hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. The only issue that prevents me from saying that this was one of the best Hampton Inns that I have ever stayed at is their internet didn't work properly. If they can fix this issue, or if the internet isn't important to you, this hotel is outstanding. If you depend on the internet, you'll be disappointed.

Usual offering for a Hampton facility but had the small town feel. The staff was very nice but did not offer info on breakfast, emenities, etc. Had to ask. Iron was non functional. I was able to get it replaced but had to go to front desk (at 5:00 am) to get help. Nice hotel - staff was a little complacent.

Thank you for your patience with the lack of information
from my staff. You should not have had to ask about the
breakfast, and amenities. Normally, it is in the routine to
give our guests the information. I apologize for the this.
If we have the pleasure to serve you again, please just call
the front desk and have them do the leg work for you , if you have
an incident. I thank you for telling me of the complacency. That
word should not come in to play in our business. Please know that
I have addressed these issues. Would love to see you return
to know that we are serious in giving you great customer service.

hotel was great. clean and very comfortable. hotel staff Clarise a problem. I will never stay at this particular hotel again for the poor customer service i recieved from hotel staff named Clarise. The rest of the hotel staff were great! good complimaentary breakfast. clean dinning area with great technology in the rooms

Hotel was new and very nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was ok, sausages were barely warm and the eggs were not the real deal. But I appreciated having bagels & low fat yogurt available. Coffee was awesome. We woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke and found it was filtering into our room via the air/heat vent. We let the front desk know asap but they didn't have much to offer as to a reason why this was happening. It definitely spoiled our stay and my son has asthma so this caused us to check out much quicker than we had hoped.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the front entrance or the back area where the smokers hang out.

this is a smoke free facility and we have not had any other complaints.

I just stayed in this hotel for a three night stay. It is relatively new, and is rather nice. Rooms are clean, and well kept for the most part. However, housekeeping skipped over my room one day. Not a big thing, but if you are paying full rates, which include housekeeping...you would at least expect an attempt to switch out your towels.

The only other area that I felt needed work was the pool area. Pool water was clean, but pool itself was not...lots of debris on the bottom. Looks like they need one of those bottom sweeper things to run regularly. Also, sides of the pool and hot tub, just above the waterline were very dirty. It just looks like the hotel staff really does not include someone who knows how to manage the upkeep on a pool. The pool area was clean (chairs, table, floors, etc)...its just standard pool upkeep and maintenance that seems to be lacking.

Overall, this hotel was great. I am pleased with the price, accommodations, etc. The Hot breakfast is one of the best on a daily basis I have ever encountered on a "Free" basis. Staff was friendly, and helpful.

I would recommend this location to others.

I've already stayed here twice since the new hotel opened earlier this month. Good service, nice rooms, and good breakfast (although the breakfast room is a little small - it can be hard to find a table when things are busy). The fitness center is one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Location is convenient to anywhere in Ft. Morgan, though being on Main St. can mean occasional loud vehicles passing by in the late evening. Walking distance to a few fast food places.

This looks like a new facility, but already the quality seems to be slipping. We always ask for the top floor, but didn't get it. The sink in our bathroom has an ugly chip in it, with a slipshod repair job that's already wearing off.

We booked at retail rates because we're used to Hampton Inn quality. For $119, we could have done far better. Nice check-in desk clerk though.
