This KOA is conveniently located just off of I-25 south of the Springs. It is situated on a great piece of land with a river behind and mountain views in front. It is also conveniently located close to a Camping World. The sites are well situated with plenty space. There is a community kitchen area that has a grill top and a cook top with two sinks. Great place to cook when it is too hot inside your RV! The staff are all friendly and helpful! The water park is awesome! Our grandson loved it! There is a fee if you have guests come join you for the water park, when we were there it was $12 a person, even for our one year old granddaughter. Our only complaint was that the internet was non-existent. We will definitely visit here again!

We have been traveling for 10 days at KOAs. Negatives: 1) rude staff 2) wear yellow arm bands constantly? 3) too few showers wet floors/humid/poor ventilation 4) laundry/broken machines. It's for $97!

Thank you for camping with us, Janet, and for taking the time to leave a review. Please accept our sincere apologies that you were not completely satisfied with your experiences at the park. We would have been happy to have sent a member of our staff down to inspect the bathrooms and laundry facilities had we been informed of this during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will pass along your concerns along to our management for further review. We hope that you will give us another chance again in the future and wish you all the best.

This is a nice KOA, showers and bathrooms are updated. Due to all the recent rain, there were areas with standing water. Sites are somewhat graveled. Nice water park. Located about 9 miles south of Colorado Springs. Convenient for a two night stay.

The staff in the office is very unfriendly and very unaccommodating. We were staying in the area the month of August and we could not get a site past Friday so had to leave the campground on the weekends . You would think that after staying there for 3 weeks they would finally recognize us and maybe start to be a little more friendly, but NO! We asked if we could leave our extra car in their storage lot for the weekend (which was not full) and they would not even consider. It is a small car, but for some reason they said it would not fit. All of this would have been easier to take if the staff was more friendly about it!

This campground offers a waterpark which seems really cool. The only problem is that the waterpark is unheated. We visited in the middle of the July heat and it was still too cold to even enjoy the waterpark. This was such a disappointment as we thought we would spend much of our trip there. Additionally, the roads are in such a bad disrepair that are hitch would scrape the ground but we were pulling our trailer in. Finally the staff seem to be pretty grumpy and The main office smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke that I could hardly stand to be in there. I'm not sure if we would stay here again.
