Room was excellent. Comfortable bed. Loved the separate tub and shower in the bathroom. Lots to choose from at the buffet breakfast.
Staff very friendly. Underground parking was convenient.
Didn't use the pool but the area was very clean looking.
Would not recommend this location. Many merriots locations got license unfortunately ans don’t fulfill the levels or the orders of corporate. Sometimes they employ unprofessional people that hurting that name
Exceeded my expectations since I stepped till I checked out everything went like clock work special thanks to reception staff and house keeping another word of appreciation to seif,Nima and Peter .

Doesn't matter which side of the hotel your room is, you get a mountain view. Easy to do in a valley.
Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Bed was good, not too soft which is usually my problem when travelling.
Breakfast buffet was decent, not extravagant.
Staff was friendly, both in evening during check-in and morning during the check-out rush, even with some difficult guests.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating us on a last minute same day reservation. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a large bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again and appreciate the great customer service, with the bartender letting us use plates when we ordered pizza and also bringing us a couple extra bath towels right away when we called!
