Sally greeted us warmly, when we checked in. We were in town for a wedding and all the folks behind the counter were anxious to help us. They went out of there way to give our whole group a place to entertain, like when 30+ people watched a soccer game in the main lobby on a wide screen television.

The front desk staff were wonderful but....no tub which is why I wanted to go there in the first place. the outside new color scheme was not good. The view was not great from our room. You had to turn sideways to watch tv from the bed. the carpet is really thin and like a pea yellow color. The pool is really really small. The menu that told what food etc is NOT FREE but doesn't tell you how much it is so you know it will be expensive. I love Marriotts but won't stay at a Courtyard again if that is how they are now. I have actually worked at a few Marriotts in the past. I love Residence Inn better anyway so I will stay in those from now on.

We are glad to hear that our front desk staff was wonderful, I'm sorry to hear that our hotel accommodations provided were not what you expected. While all of the Courtyards hotels no longer have tubs in the rooms with king size bed, our rooms with 2 queen size beds do have bathtubs. The Courtyard hotels have changed to the New Bistro Concept to provide a variety of choices for food items to our guest, all of our food prices are very reasonable. The bed was super comfy, the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was honest and gave great reviews of area attractions. Bistro staff was so friendly and helpful. Close to food and other locations.

My Car Club, the MG Car Club Rocky Mountain Centre held their 64th Annual Rallye Glenwood Springs this past weekend (June 3 thru 5) and the Courtyard was our host hotel. The staff did an outstanding job in hosting our event and were absolutely the most welcoming of our group. The casual meal they had for us on Saturday night was excellent (Blue Cheese Butter to die for), the property was as always well maintained, clean comfortable and a great place to be the center of our activities. Yes I am a platinum member but there is a reason for that. The entire Marriott Chain is the best run group of hotels in the country and this one is no exception! Thank you to the staff for making us welcome and our event a great success - see you next year!
Oh and by the way - I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the Glenwood Springs area - The best in town!

We stayed at this location for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and the property was clean and tidy. We had both dinner at their bistro and breakfast the next day. Both meals were great. The have an indoor pool which our boys enjoyed.
