Overall this property worked just fine for a one night stay. The room was a little tired looking with some wear and tear but otherwise clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect and close to the attractions we wanted to visit.

We stayed at this hotel in July of 2023. We found the front desk service HORABLE and the indoor hot tub looked like green things were growing in it! Of course, when we asked to speak to the GM he was nowhere to be found. When we asked the hotel GM to call us about the service, the front desk clerk told us to email him instead. After she continued to argue with me that he could not call me and that I needed to email him. I decided to email the GM. I emailed Mr Kennedy and after one week there was no response to my email. No wonder why the staff is so rude, they get from the GM. STAY AWAY THIS HOTEL DOESN'T MEET THE MARRIOTT STANDARDS.

An unplanned stop last night turned into heaven. This hotel was just what we needed. A nice/clean room! Great bistro food and a Starbucks coffee on the way out. Service was an A+ We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Good location but rooms very poorly insulated from noise. Can hear coughing from several rooms away as well as footsteps from room above. No breakfast included and parking is an extra $12 charge despite being in the middle of nowhere. Recommend looking elsewhere.
Thank you for your review MIj01. Sorry you didn't find your stay quiet with us. That is not a common issue we hear. Our breakfast is more like a restaurant style, which is made to order. We do have another property right next door to us, the Residence Inn, that does provide a complimentary breakfast. That might be a more suitable fit for your needs. Please come back and visit any of our properties next time you visit Glenwood Springs.
First off, the rooms were just so so, in dire need of a refresh. There were stains on the walls and wallpaper peeling. That's not the worst part. The pool was green and cloudy and smelled awful. I told the front desk about this multiple times and they never did anything about it. No free breakfast which my bad for not reading about in advance. Also no coffee in the lobby except paid options. Front desk said, there is coffee in your room. Well fine, except if you wake up at 5:00 am like I do and the rest of the family sleeps in, and you don't want to wake them up. And the Starbucks didn't open until 7:00. And don't get me started about the $12 a night parking charge. Just ridiculous. And the indifference of the staff is what irks me the most.

We do have another option next door to us, the Residence Inn, that provides complimentary coffee and breakfast. If you find yourself in Glenwood Springs again, please give our Residence Inn a call.
