Joseph our server was excellent in describing the various beers. We each enjoyed a different beer along with appetizers. The main entree my spouse had was seasoned well, had some "heat" some ravioli. I had the fish and chips -very good. Wonderful family property as well as couples.

This restaurant is very nice and clean. The service is always outstanding. Their beer cheese soup is amazing, you must try it. We had the cheeseburger, which was cooked perfectly. The rest of the meals were good as well. The microbrews were good.

We were here for dinner and the wait time seemed out of way (like an hour wait time!). we started to question if it was because we had kids with us and they did not care for our business. we debated to walk out but then the waitress was nice to say we could grab drinks and stay in the bar area so we did that - got their home made root beer, raspberry beer, cider and beers. in less than 10 mins we had our table ready and we were seated. The wings and the sliders were amazing! it is handsdown one of the best sliders I have had. we ordered soup(creamy asparagus), saltimbocca, fish and chips and tacos and they were all delicious. I would definitely go back but perhaps make a reservation next time.

The lunch menu is limited. I had the brisket sandwich and the only flavor it had was from a few blue cheese crumbles and the bbq sauce on the side. The beef was baked in an oven not smoked like you would assume. Don't order the fries, literally no taste.

I feel like they are a beer joint that has to serve food according to Colorado law so they just slop some stuff together that sounds hip and yummy but while you're eating it you're wondering why it costs $16. The food came fast and service was great though!

.
Thank you for joining us at the Glenwood Canyon Brewpub! We appreciate your feedback, and just wanted to clarify a few things. We do indeed smoke our brisket in house as well as our pulled pork. As to your french fries, we are sorry you found them below par, we would have been happy to provide a different side more to your liking. Our prices reflect the quality of our product, we do our best to keep our prices low, but it can be difficult in a location like Glenwood Springs. We hope to see you next time you are in town!
