We ordered a catered lunch and arranged delivery with a few special requests (hence the term "catered"). After delivery, we realized that the order was incomplete, so we called the store to request the rest of our order. The response: "Well, we're really busy here." Our response: "We didn't get what we paid for, so when will you deliver it?" After further discussion (and the manager complaining that he hates his job and today is his last day), it was decided they would send someone immediately. Then they claimed we had to pay extra because we did not pay for these extra items. Because we were busy getting ready for our party, we didn't argue, so paid the added charge. After the party was over and we reviewed our invoice, we found that we did, in fact, already pay for these extra requests - they charged us twice. We have called the store and corporate office for a refund, but have yet to see it...it's been three weeks. Was the food good? It's barbecue, it's not coq au vin...pretty easy to make, but the servings were woefully small. I would not recommend Dickey's.
